KodKod provides an AI-powered resume and cover letter generation platform. Users can create a "Master Profile" containing their career history, and the Service uses artificial intelligence to generate tailored documents for specific job applications.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • You may not share your account with others or allow others to access the Service through your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service (e.g., your career history, skills, education). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
  • Provide false or misleading information in your resume or profile.

6. AI-Generated Content

The resumes and cover letters generated by our Service are created using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, you are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KodKod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
